My friend Tahnee

So I have this friend from New York. I was introduced to her over email via my friend Rachael. We had a very strong email relationship. I got to meet her in January - about two weeks before this whole pregnancy thing started. Anyways, I really like her and she's funny....but she emailed me last week to tell me she walked out on her job. She just up and quit...so I was a little worried. Manhattan is not a cheap place to live you know.

Well, last night Rachael came to pick me up for dinner at her house. I like D's lasagna. As we were just leaving my driveway, Rachael pulls up to Matt and says, "I would like you to meet my friend, TAHNEE" !!!!!!!!!!!! Out from the back seat jumps my New York friend - only she's moving to VANCOUVER!! To work here!!! On Olympic stuff!!! Wow. I screamed and I screamed loud. I was totally shocked. She had quit her job quite awhile ago, but kept it a secret. The surprise was so worth it!
