So Nate and I decided that the end of June is not quite busy enough. What with MOVING and my brother getting MARRIED....we just wanted to make the month a little more fun. So we're going to Harrison Hot Springs for a short 4 day vacation to celebrate our two year anniversary. It's a little early, but I've never been one to put off a party. So we'll be at Harrison from June 25-29 then head up to Ashcroft for Matt & Christa's wedding.
I am having trouble finding a maternity dress to wear to the wedding. Any suggestions?

I used to have the perfect dress! It was a maternity dress but nice (who knew that was possible?!) it was made out of a linen type fabric and a pale beige type color. It had a bit of detail but simple lines and it was just one of those rare dresses that fit nicely and wasn't all gorpy or flowery like so many maternity dresses. Maternity clothes have come a long way though. When I was pregnant the first time I remember saying to one of my friends, "why is that maternity designers all think we want to look flowery, as if we were children instead of having children??!!"
I will look to see if I have the linen dress. Oddly it would still be in style despite the time lag as it was one of those classic styles that never go out of style. Chances are its gone as I am not one to hold onto such things but I'll look anyways! Have you tried trendy tots or other new to you type stores? Ask Nate to ask Mrs. S.H. if there are any maternity dresses up for sale at the chick auction!
