I'm a church secretary. Last weekend I did a new bulletin format. I had some people come and tell me they liked it, most of them are my friends so it was nice. My dad even commented on it and he doesn't often do that.
Well there was a letter in the mail today - someone sending in their offering - and on the back was this note saying how much they liked the new bulletin format. YAY ME! And this person is not forthcoming with compliments, quite the opposite really...so man, that felt good.

I was telling dh last week how much I loved the new format. I didn't know you did that - good job!!
Oh thanks! Yes, I did that, but I did have plenty of input from everybody. One of the pastors re-took his picture three times to get it just right for the bulletin. "He's so vain...."
well now I'm sad I missed church last weekend because I haven't seen this! I am hoping this week will have the same new format? Must be good because that is not the type of thing people usually notice so if they are noticing you must have done a GREAT job!
Okay now I have seen it and I love the new change! I didn't dislike the old version but now that I have seen the new version, I have to say it is much, much better! I like the way it is all broken up into sections with the pastor of that section attached!
