I'm officially 4 days late. Not too bad. I went to the midwife yesterday and she said everything looks good. The only problem is that the baby is still posterior. Just means labour will be more painful than usual unless I can get the baby to turn around. My blood pressure was 128/72 which is higher than it usually is, but I'm also 9 months pregnant.
I've been having TONNES of pains, almost every night. It usually stops after I have a warm bath, but it gets annoying... you start to think that maybe tonight's the night and then NOTHING. But I think my little babe is warm and cozy and will come out when he/she is good and ready.
I'm scheduled for membrane sweeps (don't ask) and a non-stress test next week. Fingers crossed it won't get to that point, but I won't be surprised. We've been given some fun instructions from the midwife and Rachael, so maybe tomorrow...

Fun instructions? What does THAT entail? :)
Yes, you MUST release that oxytocin. Hopefully Thursday is business time too! (ok, I know I probably have that quote wrong, but you know what I mean! LOL)
I won't get into it, but know that I love my husband very much.
I was 10 days over due with Ainsley and I ended up delivering her posterior after just over an hour of labour. Oddly enough it didn't really hurt my back and it was by far my easiest labour!
I hope that you have an easy delivery!
