So if you know that something is going on for your birthday, in fact... you know ALMOST the whole story. Do you (a) leave things alone and hope that people feel comfortable enough to carry plans along even though they may not feel like it or (b) take things into your own hands and plan something for yourself?
I don't want to hurt or offend anyone cause that seems to be happening in spite of best efforts to the contrary, but I just want to have a great birthday with little or no drama.
I know I probably shouldn't post this on my blog, but it's what I'm feeling right now. I've been counting down since September and at times I've felt it would be easier to not celebrate at all. I HATE conflict and I've avoided people and situations that stressed me out and so naturally if I hear there's issues with planning a birthday party, I want to try and eliminate that.
I think I might just be PMS'ing.

Well, at least if you are PMS'ing, you're not pregnant.
Who knew that I was actually good friends with THE britney? I would send you an invite, but I think you're on tour or something right?
You can still sing happy birthday though.
Way to see the bright side R! I could learn a thing or two : P
First know that you are loved. Second that "we the people" would never be swayed and allow your 30th to go unnoticed / improperly celebrated because of satellite debris. And Third your Birthday will occur as we intend "a true celebration deserving of the person you are"
We all love you (PMS or not) and will raise our glasses accordingly in March in your honour
Wow, that was well said. Thanks... I think I love you!
sorry...was at work and too lazy to log in as me...i'll sing for you of course!
